Entertainment Booking
1. ENTERTAINMENT BOOKING
All bookings will be finalized only once a 50% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.
2. TRAVEL FEE
Events located more than 20–25 miles from our base may incur a travel fee. Final travel costs depend on distance and time and will be included in your invoice prior to payment of deposit.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. In the case of cancellation, your deposit may be applied as a one-time credit to a future booking. This credit must be used within 6 months of the original event date. No refunds will be issued.
4. WEATHER POLICY
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend services during inclement weather that puts performers, costumes, or equipment at risk. If the weather renders the event unsafe or unsuitable, and alternative arrangements cannot be made, no refunds or credits will be given.
5. SHADED AREA
All outdoor bookings must provide a shaded or covered area for performers and staff. This ensures safety and comfort, especially for those in costume or working extended periods.
6. GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the invoice but is always appreciated by our performers and staff. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may tip directly after the event or request to include it in your final invoice.
7. PERFORMER ETIQUETTE
Our performers and team are trained, punctual, and professional. In the rare event of a delay or emergency, you will be notified immediately. Please remember that our staff are human, and mutual respect ensures the best experience for all parties.
8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By submitting a deposit or booking an event, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions listed above. Pure Wonder Events is committed to delivering high-quality, memorable experiences and appreciates your business and support.
Decor Booking
1. Booking and Payments:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled 7 days before the event date.
2. Short Notice Orders:
- Orders placed with less than 1 week notice may be subject to an additional rush fee.
3. Refund Policy:
- No refunds for canceled events after payment is made.
- Payments can be applied to future bookings within 6 months of the originally scheduled event.
4. Delivery and Setup:
- Fees apply for delivery and decor setup based on location.
- Additional fees may apply based on load, staff requirements, and setup time.
- Customers must be present at the delivery location; items will not be left unattended.
5.Security Deposit:
• A security deposit is required to cover potential damages or missing items.
The security deposit is required to be submitted at the same time as the remaining balance payment.
• The security deposit will be held and refunded after the event, minus any deductions for damages or missing items, in accordance with our security deposit policy.
6. Damages and Inspection:
- Pure Wonder Events is not responsible for damages after merchandise is delivered.
- After the event, all equipment will be picked up and inspected.
-If damages or items are missing, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
-Pure Wonder Events will notify clients of any deductions from the security deposit and provide a detailed breakdown.
7. Late Pick-Up Fees:
- Late pick-up fees may apply .
8. Cleaning Responsibility:
- Pure Wonder Events is not responsible for cleaning up waste/trash after the event.
9. Venue Confirmation:
- Customers must confirm with the venue that rented items/services are permitted.
- A $100 Relocation fee applies if the wrong location is provided.
10. Media Use:
- Photos and videos taken during events may be used for promotional content on the Pure Wonder Events website and social media.
11. Balloon Care:
- It is the client's responsibility to prevent balloon damage, especially in direct sunlight.
12. Client Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for the care of all rented items from Pure Wonder Events.
13. Parking and Elevator Fees:
Clients are required to settle any parking or elevator fees promptly to ensure a smooth delivery, setup, or pickup process.
